"Check in was smooth and fast. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was hot. Breakfast was warm and delicious. The staff was amazingly friendly. We would stay there again if we find ourself in Mattoon. "

"We didn’t have a shower curtain so we couldn’t shower, the toilet paper holder was broken, the clock was broken and the bathroom fan was broken. The coffee maker didn’t have cups, so we used the plastic bathroom cups. Our TV didn’t work for us and whoever was above us was banging around all through the night keeping us awake. Breakfast was ok… The attendant at the desk was very sweet and attentive. I’ve never complained about a hotel stay before but this one warranted it. $75 down the drain"

"There was not much variety at breakfast, hardly saw anyone else eating. Sweeper had not been run in our room cheese on floor, no toilet paper in room had to run someone down to get it. We had a storm first night and rain blew in and carpet got wet on edges."
