The driver was punctual and polite. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast, which was included in the hotel fee, was delightful. "

They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis."
