They rates ate the power cable that caused all the plugs to be down in the room.
The hotels drinks were worse than buying a drink in the UK. Do not recommended to my worst enemy."

"Fantastic location on the beach. Listen to the waves crashing. Very friendly staff and manager was very willing to help with my late check in and with me leaving my phone charger behind. Definitely recommend. "

"At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by"

"The service was excellent and we were so comfortable. We had a happy stay and will tell others about this great B and B. We just struggled to find out how to use the overhead fan but did finally work out that it had a remote!! The B and B is well positioned and near the beach and resturantes so it was a lovely place for us to stay."

We stayed for 6 days. So sad to leave.
Sandy looked after us and nothing was too much trouble.
Our spacious room opened onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful pool and garden area.
A great breakfast. Staff were excellent always smiling, in a great leafy quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants.
We will be back when we return to South Africa "

"The Flamingo Lodge was great! Just a few minutes walk to Umhlanga Rocks beach and the famous Whale Bone pier. Surprisingly, it is really close to the Umhlanga action and restaurants, but peaceful inside. The Staff was great, they were quick to do anything that needed doing and had access or instructions for the various activities in the area. They even helped out with the 2 year. I will certainly stay again!"
