"Although I requested early check-in through the Expedia reservation system, at least for one of the two rooms, it was not accommodated. We sat in the lobby until 2:30 PM, watching other guests check in without any problem. In the end, I had to argue with the receptionist, and only then were we finally able to enter the room at 2:30 PM. Otherwise – OK, like any other Sheraton hotel."

"Breakfast was fresh everyday. Pastries, fruit, cake and cold meats, cheeses and salads. Also 3 hot choices, usually scrambled eggs with maybe sausages, beans or sliced fried potatoes. Good selection of breads that could be toasted. Choice of cold and hot drinks - everything needed to set up the day ..."

"The MDM Hotel is our "go to" in Warsaw. We often book rooms when we bring groups from the States. We love the location near the city center with plenty of nearby restaurants and good transportation options. Every time we stay, our room is a different shape or size - but always accommodating. This time, the room was quite large with views of the main plaza. The staff is always so helpful. We highly recommend the MDM Hotel."
