"Amazing hotel with fantastic staff & food "

"The breakfast buffet was excellent, with hardly anything missing that you could possibly want. Plenty of Sun beds even though the weather wasn't brilliant and about a 15x mins walk to the local shops and restaurants. Nice Italian restaurant in house and the buffet dinner menus were extensive"

"This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. "

"all inclusive food is good, plenty of variety and choices, good ingredients quality. also drinks available almost the whole day in either restaurant, pool bar or hotel bar. Staff is great, friendly and trying to always provide the best support. Location of the hotel is great, within 10 min walking from the beach, 5 min walking to Siam Mall and Siam Park, easy access with car to the highway, 20 min drive to the Tenerife Sur airport. "

"We were a group of 15 young adults on our Christmas party (in April). The team at the hotel were super helpful and were able to accommodate name changes on rooms and supply us many drinks for our award ceremony. The different bars and private adult area was also a nice touch. Will definitely look to book again when coming to Tenerife."

"The Whala hotel is an excellent choice for couples, families and groups.The location is central for Americas and Christianos offering beaches and restaurants to suit all tastes. The hotel is welcoming with helpful staff in reception and the pool bar.We had a great stay and will be back in a few weeks.The rooms are always well cleaned and have good facilities for a comfortable stay."

"We had a great stay. We booked a premium apartment and it was spotless - very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. There was no air con but we stayed in February so this wasn’t a problem. The pool was lovely and clean and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return. Thank you! "

"If its location you are looking for this hotel is right in amongst all the bars, restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel itself is dated, but for the price it was comfortable enough. Superb staff. Excellent breakfast choice. Pool area can get busy, but the sea is on your doorstep."

"We stayed for 1 week and had no complaints. Hotel is clean and very modern, room had Air Con. A fantastic pool open from 9am - 8pm with good Bar and great food and plenty of sunbeds. It is situated a 10 mins walk from the Beach and main shopping area and lots of nearby cafes / restaurents. Would go back to this hotel again."
