"Beautiful resort with walking areas, proximity to zoo, spacious room with incredible rain forest view."

"Staff are attentive and the location is perfect for food choices, shopping and public transportation."

"The word luxury and excellence are insufficient to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff is. We were made to feel like royalty. From receipt of a fresh orchid on arrival to the special treats Ieft in our room daily the whole experience was just perfect. Joanne & Iris on reception made us so welcome and are an asset to the Shangri La as are all the staff especially in the Valley Wing where we stayed. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary so memorable and special xxx"

"Kindness, clean, cosy room made me comfort during I stay."

"Amazing club room breakfast selections.. very nice outdoor pool"

"Lovely check in experience with Hillary who was helpful with instructions about the hotel and the surrounding shopping and access information to Novena MRT via hotel lift! Hotel room was spacious with reasonably comfortable bed. Shared sliding door for both shower and toilet. So privacy can be an issue for some. I would recommend this hotel given its relative proximity to Orchard (only 2 stops away) and convenience to food and supermarket next door (Velocity and Square2 shopping malls)."

"Extended stay…very helpful, breakfast was also great"

"The facility is very clean; the staff is friendly & communicate valuable instructions in a timely fashion. check-in and out is extremely efficient. Also, the place is located next door to the Zhongshan mall which has a lot of affordable restaurants. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat."

"Great location. Smooth check in. Very helpful. They accepted my request for a slightly late check out. The nuts in the room (mini bar) though tasted a bit stale even though it was not expired. That's the only minor negative."

"Good for a business trip."

"Great stay, close to orchard station and a few shopping centres too. Rooms were spacious, air con was great. Bathrooms were ok, due an update as the bath and shower were a bit tired. Overall would stay again"
