"The hotel was very nice - very spacious and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff kindly gave us the upper floor room even though we were only staying for a night. However, the area is not accessible for shopping areas and very infrequent transportation. But the staff was very helpful and they happily ordered taxi for us to go to Incheon airport."

One suggestion is that the hotel should provide an email address on the website so that one can contact if there is some issue in recaching on the scheduled date. "
