"The staff were absolutely delightful and brilliant. Corazone Ndeya, Brian Angila and Hakim Mukungu were so warm, friendly, patient and informative. The food served was also fantastic with the chef's preparation of prawns, fish and chicken were absolutely delicious. I look forward to coming back next year. "

"My stay at Joysvilla was wonderful. Everyone there made us feel right at home, and we had a wonderful time exploring the property and it's surroundings. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Malindi. "

"Decent and clean place to stay "

"Excellent staff and service!"

"The property on the outside looks ok. But the bedding, the room and the pillows are filthy dirty. The bathroom fixtures terrible. The staff are friendly with wonderful smiles. However, the manager cannot keep his word. Becarful before booking. "

"The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. "

"It is a beautiful Swahili house that is homely and warm. "
