"I loved this well-kept low key place placed perfectly by Maxwell Food Centre and Chinatown and the MRT. I found the rooms were well-equipped with excellent daily cleaning and daily fresh towels. The air con was also excellent! Next time in Singapore and truly hope there will be one I will stay here again!"

"A lovely inexpensive place to stay, located in the city center. Within a five minute walk from Raffles Place metro, and next to Boat Quay. It's on a busy street full (and I mean full) of bars and restaurants. But this will not impact your stay, as noise is minimal. Very friendly and helpful satff. I will stay again on my next trip to Singapore "

"Manager and staff were most kind and professional. Hostel is very clean, staff present at all hours. Micro, fridge, water dispenser and coffee/tea available all day.Guests responsible to clean up after themselves with outdoor diswash sink. Several bathrooms available, indoor and outdoor seating. Public coin laundry places close by. Lots of places for food local and foreign, and transport right there too. Do note there are some stairs to climb, though not that many."

"This hotel is mostly unattended and you have to checking using its mobile app. Everything is similar to the pictures except lightly worn. Everything is clean enough including the shared bath and toilet. Location is great next to Maxwell MRT station. Eateries and bars options are plenty."

"The hotel is located close to MRT Chinatown and easily walk to shops and restaurants nearby as well as famous Maxwell street food centre. Despite the age of the building, everything was kept in good working condition but no very nice place to spend holidays. Great choice for busy business person though."

"Great location as you can board the Singapore Hop-on/Hop-off right in front of the hotel. It's a 9-minutes' walk to Raffles Place MRT Station. Chinatown is about a 5-10 minutes' walk (be sure to check out Maxwell Food Centre). The staff were quick to check us in. The room was equipped well; kudos for having body wash and shampoo in reusable pump containers. The AC worked just fine. All in all, a nice stay at a good price. We would definitely love to return in the future. "

"A hotel is only as good as the staff and I must say, the Bellmen were amazing! Especially Jamil! He was very sweet and brought us things to make us more comfortable even without asking. Our selected room came with use of the lounge which included nibbles and cocktails which made the price well worth it for us! I cannot wait to come back and stay again. "

"Nice hotel. Clean and great working ac. Just a reminder, it’s small but you get what you need: bed and bathroom, so don’t expect too much. I got a room with no window but the ventilation works fine (doesn’t feel stuffy) There’s an elevator plus free water at the lobby. The staff are very helpful :)"
