"Very good Boutique hotel, It’s not a 5 star hotel but a solid 4. Water pressure and AC are very good, bed is comfortable and TV has a variety of channels. They provide a welcome gift in the room which has a microwave and electric kettle. Place is very relaxed as I never heard much noise from anyone when I was there. "

"Very nice pool in the garden, calm and cosy surroundings, close to best little family restaurant (Grandma’s House), walking distance to several 7-11, Big C, Foodland (supermarket). Nice duvets, dirty floor in room, no bedside lamps. Not much service at reception but ok for independent travelers. We liked the hotel and returned for a longer period."

"I spend about 3 weeks at this hotel. I stayed in 3 different rooms. The cheapest room was a bit on the small side but not bad. Everything worked and was on the back side of the hotel so bit more quiet. The little bigger rooms were nice sized overlooking soi buakhao. Everything worked, nice TV lots of channels. Nice staff. Guest friendly. For a "cheap" hotel this was my favorite place to stay in out of the 8 hotels I visited during my 2 month trip. Little loud at night but with A/C on and tv on...

"Room was dirty. Rubbish left from the previous guest. Dirty marks all over the bed, don think they have changed the bedding. Staff were just ignorant and rude. Thought I would save a few quid by booking this hotel, but when there is so many hotels not that much more money. When I say don’t do it, don’t do it! I normally don’t get many chances to say ‘I told you so’ I have never walked out of a hotel before, however they say there is a first for everything!!"

"It has everything but it is loud until 4 am everynight! Its perfect for a two week holiday and you want to make the most of it. Soi buhkao, soi honey, treetown, 15 minute baht bus ride to soi 6. Great central location for being right in the middle of it all."
