"Snygg anläggning med trevliga rum och en välkänt god restaurang. Stort fint rum med uteplats men för mörkt enligt vår smak. Mycket god mat på kvällen. Vi tog köksmästarens överraskning i 3 rätter med tillhörande viner och det var både gott och spännande. Fantastiskt kunnig och rolig sommelier. Enda negativa var att den reservation till middag vi gjort när vi reserverade hotellet hade man missat, och vi fick vänta i 2 timmar på att få plats. "

"Well equipped studio apartment in quiet area close to the S bahn (Ostensee), less than 5 minutes walk. Good choice of eateries close by. Had to check in at Moxy next door but no problems. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, staff brilliant."

"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "

"Nice little boutique hotel away from the hustle, bustle and smog in convenient location. Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. Love the little touches the hotel provided like free complimentary large sparkling bottle of mineral water and...

"Good location close to Altona station (for trains to the South I think). Very friendly staff and clean room with plenty of hot water. Only negative was that the room was pretty small and the bed also quite small."
