Getting around Seoul by taxi was also very convenient. Every staff member, including the housekeeping team, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The heated floors were an unexpectedly wonderful surprise, and the room and washroom were a good size. Check-in and check-out were quick and done through a self-service totem, and the main door to the street required a passcode which made it feel secure.
