"Wonderful retreat just a 10-minute Uber ride from Porto city center.
Beautiful gardens along the Douro River.
Excellent breakfast and a wonderful Sisley Spa (additional €10 for hotel guests). Great treatments and a very relaxing atmosphere."
"The rooms are clean and as described. We were taken good care of by friendly and attentive staff. Checking-in and checking-out was quick and hassle-free. We had a wonderful stay."
"My husband and I really enjoyed our time at The Log..the building was very well maintained and the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent..we totally recommend it."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again."
"We loved staying at the Yeatman . The buffet breakfast was excellent , with a lovely array of options . The pool is lovely especially after a big day of walking.
The Yeatman is on the other side of the river so walking is further into town however they have lovely restaurants if you can’t be bothered ."
"A beautiful hotel with great staff from the concierge through to the room cleaners.
Room was lovely with a great view of Porto toward the old town. Bed was huge and super comfortable, facilities were great with a coffee machine, mini bar, toiletries supplied including dressing gowns and slippers. TV worked great although the guide was a chore to negotiate! Room was very clean with good AC. The room was also cleaned each day. We would stay again ."
"Great location! A really cool and pleasant place, definitely worth at least checking out. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable, I would stay again when I'm back in Porto!"
"Hotel was amazing. Great location and makes you say wow when you enter. The rooms were large and the views of the bridge were amazing (from the room, the restaurant at breakfast, and the bar)."
"Fabulous hotel with a great bar and excellent gym, sauna and steam room. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again."

Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service.
The SPA was amazing.
For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.
WiFi was very good.
24/7 coffee machine excellent
Breakfast was limited selection.* This all depends on your tastes and perspective.
Dining area was nice, as there was plenty of seating.
*To be fair. This is my personal opinion. I would stay here again without a second thought. There are nearby options if not interested in B&B breakfast. Overall hotel is very good. Rooms are basic, but clean and have everything that I need. Excellent value.
My husband and I stayed there for our 2nd anniversary after a few days on the Porto side as we were touring a few port lodges. I can't say better things about this hotel - the people (especially Tiago) were warm and friendly, and they event treated us to complimentary drinks at the bar since our room wasn't ready upon arrival.
From the tour of the onsite wine collection (largest collection of Portugese wine in the world!), to the infinity pool, to the Michelin-starred restaurant ("The...
We loved everything about this hotel! The staff is friendly, the hotel is brand new, the river view is amazing, great parking, easy access, safe area, buffet breakfasts are incredible, dinner on the pier is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. We will be back.
We loved our three night stay at Memoria Porto. The staff treated us like royalty and our room overlooked the Douro River. One tip, we can offer is to take the # 500 bus to the coast and pay a lot less for authentic Portugese food, wine, and beer. We will definitely be back. The morning breakfast was filling and delightful.
The service was awesome! The staff was super nice! Special thanks to Claudia for taking such good care of us. We were treated like family members! If we ever go back to Porto, I will choose this hotel again.
I had a great stay here for 3 days. The staff was so kind and helpful and the breakfast they brought to your room every morning was delicious! It was a nice, small boutique hotel. My room was the first one off the lobby so I didn't get to see much else, but from what I saw, the building was beautiful! I had a great view from my room with a balcony.
Hotel room was immaculate on arrival, 2 free water bottles, tea, chocolates and coffee. It was surprisingly quiet for the amount of rooms they have. Elevators are fast and there are 4 total, though only two go to the rooftop.
Rooftop was good, nothing crazy, it was packed but we were able to find a table and get drinks, they also serve food if you're hungry. The "pool" is shallow but I didn't see anyone inside, because it was windy and not super warm that week.
Breakfast was great, lots of...
A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service.
The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either.
Overall a great property, centrally...
Would highly recommend this hotel! Perfect location if you want to be near the river area, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We had the best room view too!
We like this hotel. It's located outside of the super busy and congested areas of old town, but it's still accessible by Metro (the station is across the street) or a cheap BOLT ride. The streets are FLAT! It's a 20 minute walk to old town with interesting architecture and shops along the way.
We got upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed and patio (on ground floor, balconies on upper floors). There's that gray wall that others have complained about, but there are nice shrubs in front of the...
it is very centrally located. Very comfortable and just 1 block from sao bento train station, and about 10 minutes from a couple other metro stations. The front desk staff super helpful.. i look forward to staying with them on my next trip to porto, and highly recommend this hotel.
