This is an indecently managed inn located in a quiet upscale neighborhood. There’s bus service into town but we found it easier to use Uber. There’s nearby food at a casino or even better a coffee/breakfast shop and restaurant a few hundred meters south.
We really enjoyed our short stay. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries and the property had all the information required to make our stay comfortable and easy.
The room was spacious and well appointed. The full breakfast, served in the sunny breakfast room overlooking the beautiful gardens, was yummy. Although a car is a must for staying here, the accommodation is otherwise convenient to downtown Hobart and a great choice as a base for exploring the area.

The unit was well designed, tastefully furnished and quite comfortable, with a two story design that allowed for a spacious open area and functional kitchen, with the second level containing the two sufficiently large bedrooms and a bathroom. This hotel is very chic and art deco with a beautifully heated pool, laundry, parking, with a surprisingly amazing southeast Asian restaurant and bar. The food was top notch. I was pleasantly surprised and if I’m in Hobart again, I will absolutely stay again.
