"This hotel is an absolute gem. It is so much more than your average hotel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like you are in a family run catered chalet. We are a vegetarian family with one vegan. We emailed before and were a little worried about going to meat heavy Austria! ;) but from the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff were polite and respectful and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great food experience. Each night the head chef would come out...

"VERY friendly staff - pool area was closed when we arrived (out of season) but an even better solution was found by the staff with a smile. We would absolutely recommend this uniqe mountain hideaway."

"Vi ankom 3 timer fÞr vores check-in, men da vÊrelset var klar blev vi budt velkommen og tilbudt at checke ind med det samme. Poolen var under renovering, sÄ vi fik lov at bruge nabohotellets spa afdeling, som vi havde helt for os selv, det var fantastisk! Personalet er fantastisk sÞde og imÞdekommende, og meget opmÊrksomme pÄ om vi mangler noget. Man kan virkelig mÊrke at de gerne vil give os det bedst mulige ophold."
