At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable."

"Check in was easy. Room felt like it was in the basement and really dark. I had to use a torch to look in the suitcase.
Room was hot and no fan.
Paid for breakfast wished I hadn’t was told new chef all they could offer of egg variety was fried no scrambled or poached. Eggs came out swimming in the fat it was inedible. Don’t think I’d stay again definitely needs some serious tlc"

This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . We had an evening meal which was superb and Breakfast was great too. Spa area small but nice enough for a relaxing dip in the pool and steam room, sauna and very small gym but enough for me. My only disappointment was that our room was a club room and accessed via a path to an annexe which did not have the same WOW factor...

"We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding.
The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 "
