"The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival or after requesting it the next morning. The door was eventually fixed after two requests. The staff was nice, but the pool area had ants. The hotel seems to be undergoing remodeling, and overall the experience was average."

"This is an extremely comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay minutes outside Nashville, TN. You will find a pool, small but nice gym, and that the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, you will find the flatscreen tvs in the room are not smart TVs, therefore no streaming services are available but there is cable channels with crisp picture. Very quiet and close to upscale and well cared for properties, a Publix, Chic-fil-a, and Shell gas station extremely close by, but one more negative: only walk in showers, no tubs, but Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion available. We visited/stayed near to First Bank Amphitheater and it was minutes away from this location. The beds in the room were comfortable, but the sun blocking curtains may leave a more to be desired opinion, but, we would love to stay here again. "
