We had a lovely stay. The Queens room, with the tub was great after a day of sightseeing. The food was great and the staff was very friendly with suggestions and just great to chat with. Would stay there again.

Staff all very good. I had a problem with the toilet seat and they fixed it during the day while I was out. Food and drinks service good. No noise in my room from the wedding party. Only issue for me was the room window was very small and high up in the wall, so I couldn’t see out, and the sky light had no covering, so being Scotland, I had daylight from 5:30am waking me up. Not the worst problem in the world. Wonderful park like location, and again, all the staff were wonderful.

This was like home from home. Julie and Richard were very personable and couldn’t do enough to help us. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit salad every morning, cereal, yoghurt, cooked to order full Scottish breakfast with toast and home made jams. Spacious sitting room to relax in. Hot tub was great as our daughter and grand daughter used it every night.

LOVED: The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was AWESOME! I loved the bed, soft and comfy, cozy! Nice size bathroom and very light and pretty. Huge closet and plenty of shelves. Room even had an in-room safe and a full size fan. I didn't use either one, but still unexpected. The view from my room was so nice out of big beautiful windows that could be opened! The front desk staff double as restaurant staff - so was challenging to get someone at the front desk when needed. But everyone was friendly

Best place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Scotland! The staff is extraordinary! They run the hotel and bar, so you can find them in the bar if they aren’t at reception. It’s a small village bar with a lot of regular locals who took us in like we were family. The staff facilitated including us into the conversation. We were exhausted when we arrived. The staff was very tolerant of my lack of clarity from the fatigue. The room was clean and comfortable although not very spacious but the price was great. The water in the shower was hot and it was a good shower in terms of water pressure and space. The breakfast had options and there was enough space to be comfortable. The hotel was full breakfast was busy. I did not have a hot breakfast so I can’t comment on that but the yogurt and granola was fine. ...

This is a lovely and comfortable home within walking distance of Perth. There’s a comfortable sitting room a large dining room for morning breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. Graham was the young man managing the property while I was staying and he was wonderful to talk to and most helpful with anything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had a huge array of options. I highly recommend it.

We loved the village and enjoyed this tiny hotel that had everything you need. Susie and Lee were a lot of fun while handling check in/out, the bar and being servers in restaurant. Great stay!

Unbelievably attentive staff, excellent dinner, all that you would expect fom a 5 star hotel -- and this in Scone. And the golf course suited my play. My only regret, staying one night and not one week.

The location is amazing, across from the water and the links. The bar and restaurant were great, good food and drinks, although a bit pricey. Love the welcome drink and tour. Didn't use the gym, but it looks very nice. We borrowed the bikes to ride around the beach and there was someone on hand to tune them up for us quickly. Our only issue was that our laundry seemed to get misplaced for a bit and we didn't get it within 24 hours. Otherwise it was seemless and super lovely.

Nice hotel, not quaint or Scottish, but nice. I am not sure if they used any insulation between rooms as we could hear the neighbors conversations quite well and the TV from about 4 rooms down.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with a kitchen and second bathroom which was nice to have! There was also a washer/dryer in-unit. Everything was very modern, updated and seemed new. Very nice place to stay with convenient location. Highly recommend!
