Parking isn't easy, since it's not available close to the hotel. However, Anna on the hotel staff came with us, and helped us park and bring our bags to the hotel through the complicated and narrow streets of the old town neighborhood of Seville. We were amazed by the beautiful and welcoming interior. The breakfasts in the morning were great, and served in style. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean.
This is an enchanting hotel full of hidden patios, lush greenery and surprises around every corner. A definite must stay if you plan to overnight in Sevilla.
Clean and comfortable room. The towels were big and soft, the commodities were the essential (soap, shampoo and shower gel). The only problem was the bathroom: due to its strange shape, it was hard to sit on the toilet and the toilet brush was missing. All in all, it was a nice stay, in a great position and with a very reasonable price. Recommended.
The hotel was really convenient and easy walk from the train station. You can walk or take the bus to all the sites.
I arrived at noon and I was able to check in, that was a plus. The staff was great, from the reception to the restaurant staff.

The hotel is very clean and the building is very well maintained. The breakfast has lot of choice. Housekeeping delivering complementary cupcakes during late afternoon was a cherry on top of the cake. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends.
WE were so welcomed at this Hotel from the moment we walked through the door. Laura was one of the nicest people we met on our whole trip. Full of advice and very enthusiastic about Sevilla. We arrived during the hottest part of the day and were escorted to our room by Alphonso who returned a few minutes later with cold water and a fruit tray! This is one of the BEST hotel stays we have had in our journey so far! We wanted to stay more nights but had a schedule that limited our time. In the past few months we have stayed in about 10 different hotels and this one really stood out to us. The food was great (pizza at 3a) and the room welcomed us with a refreshing smell of clean. The hotel is in a perfect location away from the noise of the center but located in the heart of the center. The hotel was clean (my first priority) and reasonably priced (my second priority). There is a nightly flamingo show and I never heard a sound and my room was on the first floor. I would suggest that when customers check in, the hotel staff should explain about breakfast. I assumed the breakfast was free. When I checked out I was hit with a 21euro bill for breakfast. No one mentioned that...
