We could walk to almost everything. We did Uber to the Rocky steps at the art museum but then worked our way back to the hotel, walking to all the tourist/historic sites. We felt safe at the hotel's location and could easily walk around in the evening to Independence Hall, Elfreth's Alley, Betsy Ross House, and others within...
