"We came in from out of town a lil late and they were still able to help us with what we needed and were very humble people. I got to see first hand the receptionists responsibilities and they seemed ocer whelming but he handled every phone call with care which was cool to witness. And the vibe of the site was so positive with the families and staff that it made the experience very confortable."

"Our room literally had dog poop under the bed. The room and furniture were extremely worn out, the mattresses sunk in terribly. The pool heater was broken, no sign or warning from the property about the issue. People smoked directly in front of all the doors. Dog poop everywhere. NOT WORTH IT - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is tight and not much room to maneuver. Room was adequate but I wouldn't stay for more than a night in the future. There was one tiny table with two small stools and one tiny bed stand. Coffee maker on the bathroom counter, I had to move it just to have a place to put my toiletries. The bed was comfortable enough for me. The roku tv is useless if you like watching any basic channels like cbs which was televising the NCAA basketball tournament or NBC which had opening day MLB on. Wi-Fi was good."

"Booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a king, was given a family suite with a pull out couch instead of a second bed. There were no extra linens in the room- not even a sheet on the pull out mattress. The couch cushions were disgustingly stained white- I don’t even want to know whose DNA that was. Floors in the elevator were constantly dirty. This hotel honestly had the worst continental breakfast out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’ve stayed at sketchy hostels that had breakfast included. Couldn’t get internet, nor TV service on the 3rd floor- had to use a hot spot so my kids could watch TV at night. "

"Nice spot overall but some issues. Unfortunately, the tub had not been cleaned in quite some time so we were unable to use it. There were remaining short hairs and black slime came out of the jets. Cringe. I also could not get the gas fireplace to turn on. Overall the room needed a fresh clean and restock of linen and provided shower items like conditioner. I did let the friendly front desk know who said they would ensure the ground level was gone through."

"Two Capes was an amazing Glamping experience!! Everything was super clean. The staff, especially the manager Zach were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be staying again in the future!!"

"The sauna was broken and the hot tub looked like it needed some cleaning. Overall would recommend for bugdet frienly locations. "
