"We had some issues at check-in. Marisa, the desk clerk, did her very best to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. We didn’t see her again until we checked out two days later, and she remembered it was our anniversary. The facility and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was amazing!"

Ens vam haver d'espabilar i buscar una noia del servei de neteja perquè ens obrís. Wifi però no ens van donar cap codi, o sigui, sense poder accedir. Molt soroll tota la nit per aire acondicionat que no es podia apagar. En cap moment ningú ens va trucar per interessar-se."

"Cute place, nothing negative to say about it. The jacuzzi tub was great. The shower was amazing. Plenty of hot water. Nice, comfortable bed. The adjustable light in front of the bed was unique and I thought it was a nice touch. I would recommend to others and I would also come back! "

Children's area was a hit with the grandkids. Pool and hot tub very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Theater room with 2 nightly movies was a bonus. "We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired.
The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection.
I am disabled and was totally comfortable with my safety during and after the alarm.
This security was in addition to the communication with the hotel and the services provided by staff members. My two night weekend stay included daily room...
