"The heater didn't come until 6pm and temp outside all day was 47 degrees in NYC. My room was chilly and I wanted my room warmer before I took a shower. They bought me a room heater to plug in the wall. I thought was very odd and unusual. That's the only issue i had. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The carpet in elevator need cleaning or new elevator flooring. "

"Shower door didn't close properly and this led to a flood every time we took a shower - meaning we had to use the mat & additional towels to keep from slipping all over the place. When we arrived, no body wash & conditioner in the shower, though these items were added the 2nd day. We didn't care about that, as we'd brought our own. There were NO DRAWERS in the room to put anything into, so we used the hangers for what we could & lived out of our suitcases for the rest. No microwave nor refrigerator, either. For the life of me, I cannot imagine why the beds in any hotel are SO VERY HIGH that we have to jump to get onto the bed! Definitely a centralized location, which was fairly convenient. Overall, I'd say 3.5 stars out of five."
