"The breakfast was perfect, the makeover of the rooms were stylish and loved the couch. The staff in the hallways were excellent and very friendly. All in all good experience."
"the lack of a continental breakfast was inconvenient. If you do not want to spend money at the in hotel restaurant, door dash in food for breakfast or leave the premises to get food then I recommend packing breakfast foods such as muffins, fruit, cereal and milk and bring it yourself. I did however appreciate the secured parking the only suggestion is may not bring a full size truck as the height restrictions for the garage is 6'2" and, we noticed a few trucks attempting to enter and getting damaged as well as the parking is low/tight so a full size truck is not ideal in the underground parking especially when it is a full capacity. The rooms was clean and the hotel staff pleasant and helpful. I really liked that housekeeping comes everyday to clean the room, make the bed and restock in room amenities rather then just at the end of the stay. when you are a busy mom on a tournament/competition weekend the room can quickly become a disaster but coming back to a tidy definitely provide a calm moment when walking through the door. This hotel does have an onsite Starbucks which my daughter was obsessed with so its a teenagers dream. The Pool is nice and located higher up on the 3rd floor. I like that its not confined to a basement or with this particular hotel being in the area it is, it is not on the main level. The 3rd floor surrounded with windows makes for a great environment. Also liked that the gym was attached to the pool i could watch the kids while i worked out. "
"If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place!!!
We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 11 night due to a death in the family. While we were there a few hockey teams checked in (ages 10-16). They constantly ran up and down the hallways screaming. The parents were drinking and talking very loud in the hallways. We talked to the front desk and they moved us promising no hockey teams or family’s were on the 5th or 6th floor. We were moved to the 6th floor and hockey family’s were all around us. The next night it was so bad the cops were called (not by us). They had security walking the halls, but the running and yelling continued. We talked to the staff the following day and they told us a lot of damage was done that night as we noticed frames ripped off the walls of the elevator.
We also received a letter under our door telling us they were turning the water off from 11am to 4pm. Forcing us to leave the hotel as we couldn’t even use the bathroom.
This was not an enjoyable experience. I would expect this from a lower end hotel. We spent the extra money booking at the sandman as we were dealing with the loss to our family and expecting a more respectful establishment/crowd. As I said if I knew our stay would have been like that, I would have saved some money and booked at a lower end hotel. "
"Hopefully just bad timing... check in staff were not the friendliest, pool was closed for cleaning, exercise bike is broken. Knocked on our door at 8 am as water leak in room next to us - then ran shop vac outside our door. Looks like it should normally be a good spot."
"Safe above ground parking. Underground also available but didn’t use.
Modern room with all amenities.Loved size of vanity and lighted mirror.
Warm and cold breakfast delicious and available for takeout also.
