"Very friendly staff. Spotlessly clean room "

"The room was clean, well designed and very comfortable. A soap dish would have been useful for the soap that was on offer to use. The heated towel rail is a necessity but not particularly well placed above the toilet (although I could not see another suitable place for it). The hotel was under renovation at the time. The builders were polite and considerate and any noise (not much during our stay) ceased at 5pm, as promised. We had a wonderful time and stayed an extra night on the strength of our fantastic room being available and friendly, helpful staff making it possible. Will definitely stay again."

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. We upgraded to a grand suite which was gorgeous. Had a meal at eighty eight, the look of the restaurant was great and the food matched, very tasty. A slight issue with some drinks going on our bill by mistake which I’m unsure how that happened as you sign for them, and we didn’t get our chocolates and water for the journey home which the check out staff said would be in our car. Overall a fabulous stay with some tiny issues."

"Overall a very good stay. Very nice hotel, bar/restaurant, common areas were all very nice, great breakfast, room as expected for the quality of hotel. Also a great location, convenient for all that Harrogate has to offer."
