"I booked a normal room and was put in a room for a handicapped wheelchair bound person. I tried to shower and washed my hair but there was no hair dryer available. I arrived Wednesday evening and immediately reported my accommodations to the front desk in which I was told there were no other rooms avaliable. Nothing was available for me until 7:00pm Friday I had one more day to be there. Once I was moved the room was great this is what I expected in the beginning. I spent 2 and a half days in a frightening situation and miserably 🙃"

"I did not like the strong odor coming from the carpeting in our room. The hair dryer looked like it had wet toilet paper all over it. There was no bath mat for stepping out of the shower. No ice machines available and no water fountains to fill water bottle for our trip to drink from. I did not like the tub/shower combination I did not like the velvet like material the couch and chair was made out of. Could not be sanitized like vinyl furniture. Felt creepy! Nobody answered the phone at the front desk or housekeeping when we needed a different hair dryer."

"Property is showing wear. Stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was terribly dark. Bathroom light only worked with a very loud fan on. Staff was attentive and kind. TV didn't work and they were helpful in correcting the issue. "

"The rooms have been renovated since the last time we stayed here. The lobby is now under renovation but the reception and dining area were accessible. Parking is very convenient and the room was newly refreshed."
