Stardust Motel Wallace

"This a great hotel. The location fits the bill. Is it a new modern hotel? Absolutely not. For the age of the hotel and the price you pay, it's a great value. This was my first overnight into wallace on a motorcycle trip. I plan on more frequent and longer stays and the Stardust will be my landing spot. To be 100% honest, If you show up expecting a high end 5 star resort. This is not it. If you want comfort, clean and friendly then you'll enjoy. I read other reviews about unfriendly staff. My take on that, is that its usually initiated by the person checking in turning unfriendly being friendly! Just a life experience with watching the human race. There's always advercities in travel. Very rarely the fault of the innkeeper. These folks are friendly and helpful!"

"The Brooks hotel is in an old historic building but the rooms were beautiful. We were on the 3 floor the room was turned into a suite. Once we figured out the ac/heater it was perfect. The town is walkable. The was a great restaurant down the block"
