"It was good "

"I have stayed at the Santa Maria Inn multiple times for business and recently for personal reasons due to a family loss. Based on past positive experiences, I recommended it to my family for a family service. Upon arrival at 2:00 PM, I requested a slightly early check-in but had to wait until 3:00 PM, causing me to be late for the service. Even then, the room was not ready, and I had to return later to check in. I discovered the room had a single king-sized bed instead of the reserved two queen beds. The front desk apologized and offered a rollaway bed, which was not ideal. At midnight, we faced a door issue; the rollaway bed blocked access, and the upper latch was engaged. My keycard didn’t work on the second door. A staff member made new keycards but couldn’t open the door, requiring an engineer’s help at 1:15 AM. Despite the staff’s efforts, the experience was disappointing due to the series of issues, including not being able to check in on time and not receiving the reserved room. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Only 2 min walk from the beach which was amazing! The employes were all kind. 5 Stars!"

"The staff was amazing! The rooms weren't bad but i did have to call front desk because i had dirty towels in my room folded down for the next person to use, my daughter also got a room there and there was a whole in the ceiling and dirty towels. Also surprise to see that there was no iron in the rooms, refrigerator didn't even keep my drinks cold as if it wasnt even plugged in. I was given a wifi password and i wasnt able to log in since nothing would pop up for me with the hotels name. "

"Good hotel with a pool and right on the beach. The pool area could be better kept. The hot tub spa was dirty. Free breakfast is a plus. "

"The hotel is going through renovations so they upgraded us to a bigger room with an ocean view! The patio access to to foot path was the best! My kids would just run outside early morning and at sunset to marvel at the ocean. "
