"The young girl at the reception was very good. We had issue with the heating in the room but promptly handled the issue and organised another room and went far as putting the heating on in the room before we moved there. The Hotel is in a great location. Really pleased with the stay. "

"We had a lovely stay and also met up with family members. Our room was fresh, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had intended to use the spa facilities and the pool, which looked lovely but we ran out of time unfortunately ! We will return ! From the moment we checked in with the gentleman in Reception, to all staff members we met during our stay, they couldnt have been more welcoming, helpful or efficient. They are a credit to you and valued staffing. A good visit, thank you, and we will return. "

"the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over.. The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was also excellent. The meal was amazingly priced for 3 courses and the chief made the pudding from scratch. I would absolutely go back again and even if we disnt stay the night i could eat the chiefs food all day long every day"
