Hotels in Palo Verde

"We booked a 2 Queens room. When we arrived and checked in we were given a King room. Went back to the front desk and were told that's what we booked, nope, I have a confirmation showing 2 Queens. Well, they don't have any other rooms available, we can use the pull out couch for another bed. I don't know if something didn't transfer from Expedia to Home2 Suites, but it was frustrating and the front desk person was less than helpful or compassionate. (Not even an apology for the mix up - even if they didn't mean it). I think the sign in the bathroom says they provide room service every other day? We spent three nights there and never had someone come to leave fresh towels or toilet paper, we had to ask for these items. Person who delivered the towels was very nice, we asked a person cleaning another room if we could take two rolls of toilet paper. The Kleenex and paper towels ran out as well before we checked out. There were no towels at the pool (by design apparently). We asked at the front desk and were told we could ask for them there and give our room number. She requested we return the towels there when we were done. Personally I find this a bit gross, I understand wanting your towels back, but handing them over to the front desk person in the lobby doesn't appeal to me at all from a cleanliness perspective. We've stayed here a few other times and not encountered these issues. May try the Goodyear location next time and see if it's a better overall experience."

"Linen was dirty. No hot water that night. Wifi very weak. Telephone broken and my debit card was used twice to include the room cost both times."

"This is a new hotel and the general manager Jerica was very accommodating!!!! Very clean rooms and fitness center pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had excellent selection! Stephanie hosted and served the breakfast. Had an amazing attitude and kept everything beautiful. Andre who checked us in was personable, respectful for and friendly and was very helpful, as well Irv at checkout. air conditioning could be more stabilized… It will kick on and then off heating room. I would give this hotel 5*star. Staff snd hotel DO NOT BOOK WITH Hotels.com!!!!! Alex and Eshama bad representatives of hotel.com!!!"

"Clean, comfortable, and great area to stay. Lots of food around to choose from and a gas station in the same parking lot. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy, hotel staff was friendly and very helpful! Also, laundry on site was a bonus I didnt expect to need that worked out very well. Highly recommend! "
