"On checking in, tI thought I had hit a home run. Until I got into the room. Smallest room I’ve had ever. The rooms are old and sad. Half the plugs near the bed for charging electronics didn’t work. The sink drain was broken. The room was on one of the courtyards making it the most pet friendly place I stayed in a 2 week trip. The ice machine was in a secure area outside the reception to their restaurant, which was which was locked except 3-9 pm when the restaurant was open. Inconvenient. The pet area was cleaner than the room. I wanted to tell the staff, but when I went to check out, the receptionist was too busy talking on the phone. There was one person ahead of me, but the receptionist kept answering the phone. Looked like she was the only staff at the desk, and was never trained to take care of the customers waiting in front of her. Her supervisor should teach her to answer the phone”Thank you for calling the Sagebrush Inn, would you please hold. After waiting 5 minutes, I dropped the keys on the desk and left. If she didn’t understand customer service why should I care. Answering the phone while people are waiting is the same as having 3 people in line and serving the last person first"

"It’s an authentic Pueblo property. Very cute. Our room was huge and we had a mini kitchen. It had a real wood fireplace. Lots of hot water and thick fluffy towels. We had one night of screaming kids with a barking dog in the adjoining room which was sleepless. The other 2 nights were perfect. The breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff"

"All of the staff was phenomenal especially Mikaelo/front desk, Cody/maintenance and Greg/Dining. We had multiple issues with the room (Native American Suite #18) that was resolved quickly by staff. The only negative feedback we have was the cleaning/maid service. It was quite disappointing. Our room had only one coffee cup for 2 people and it had lipstick on it, dirt and plastic bottles under the bed and small stains on the duvet. No slippers and one crunchy robe in the closet for two people. I think that if the cleaning service would have reported the other maintenance issues to the team (ie: fire alarm chirping, heater was out and the fireplace wasn’t working), they could have saved their colleagues a lot of time. I hope that in the future the cleaning team thoroughly takes time to inspect the suites, knowing that customers are paying more for a premium room. No one wants to stay in a dirty room. Please do better cleaning team!"
