"Stayed here for 1 short night, while I was attending an event at Luna Beach Club.
Pros: The staff were wonderful and accommodating, I arrived late (2AM) and a member of the staff stayed up to greet me and check me in, and the area was relaxing and quiet.
Cons: there were some mold issues, which is understandable considering the climate and the location right by a river, but for people with sensitivities/allergies it might be problematic

"I loved the size of the residency. My favourites were the pool, sauna and ice bath! The staff were really nice and I loved hanging out in their main reception where they served delicious food and drinks. :) If you get time, get a massage - it will worth it!"

In my room there was a super weird pungent smell that I could not escape. And they knew it too because they had airfreshers around the mystery smell.

"This property is on the quiter side of Canggu. There are many restaurants and shops on the same street as the hotel. Red and white bottle shop is close by for those looking for wine. The staff were great and very helpful. Internet was fast but TV is limited to the internet. Really nice place to stay."

Would be great if they had a coffee machine and barista. this was a downfall for us as we would have to walk down to beach or up to main street. Would have been great to have at breakfast or afternoon tea. It is a pleasant walk to main street, and to find other restaurants around and also for shopping. Hotel was great Seminyak just not for me, too busy"
