Giacomo is a great host, and even though I was unable to check in online first while on the road, he went over Saturday evening to help... And although there is some misunderstanding on shampoo dispenser, Giacomo is very understanding... Parking might be little different, but overall a great place and host!
This was true Italy. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. He fixed us up the best breakfast of our trip.
The room was good. There was parking available, as advertised. And an elevator.
We enjoyed a spectacular sunrise over the town with Mt Vesuvius as a focal point in the distance. It ended with a rainbow!

This was a return visit…. This time in the warmer weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and deck area…. Excellent ! The rooms are simply appointed but are clean comfortable and relaxing. My room (and I believe most or all ) have an outdoor area table and chairs area in a beautiful garden setting. We did get an opportunity to sample the food and again we enjoyed everything… Also their own wine is really very good. We bought a few bottles to ring home.

Hotel is amazing. New hotel. Beautiful gardens and restaurant. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is incredible!
What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.
Very nice property currently being updated with new AC units, stucco and painting. Room had older furniture but was very comfortable. Restaurant on site. Food was reasonably priced. Staff was excellent! Very helpful. This property is NOT Naples and very expensive to taxi to Naples (70 euro one way). Nothing nearby to walk to.
Such a magnificent unique place. The management has done a great job picking the staff who ia beautiful inside and outside, and decorating the castle inside and outside. The grounds outside of the castle are amazing and the interior is stunning. Our room was on the second floor with a beautiful view of the hill, And the middle area of the castle was our living room the entire time. The staff is very nice and very accommodating.
