"Amazing hotel. Small in size with only 30 plus cottages but huge on beauty. The resort is quiet and r lacing and never seems to be crowded. The beach is amazing and water is crystal clear which makes it great for snorkeling. While the beach is shared with locals and tourist boats to snorkel it never seems to be too much. The tourist boats were only around between 11-3 leaving the hotel quests the beach to ourselves. The resort is isolated but in a great location for all the sights and attractions. The resort itself is like your own little town. Simply amazing. The food and the staff especially management were tremendous. The food was top notch and everything was flavorful and delicious. The management team and reception area employees addressed any issues in a professional and timely manner. And there were no real issues. Be advised there are quite a bit of steps so be prepared to but we had no issues. It just meant we were getting our exercise without going to the gym. I would definitely recommend Ti Kaye and may eventually return on my next St Lucia trip. "

"As my first solo trip, it was the best decision to visit St Lucia Coconut Bay Beach Spa with its charm, beauty, hospitality/welcoming and helpful staff, organized programs and all. I highly can recommend to all. Relaxation guaranteed no matter to the known seaweed present at the shore. Great experience!"

"This property was pretty disappointing from start to finish. This trip was our honeymoon so it was important that it was extra special. It was a huge disappointment. The magic of photo editing was what drew us to the property originally. Also, the fact that it was a Hyatt property gave me some confidence. There was nothing good about it from the beginning the entrance, lobby, nothing was welcoming. They put us in a room that didn’t have air-conditioning working, and the coffee table was broken plus, it looked really rundown. We asked for a different room, but had to spend the night in the original room before they moved us, the second room was a much better room with a better view, but we had to walk up 100 stairs to get to it. We’re in good shape, but that gets a little old when you’re carrying all of your stuff the restaurants were mediocre at best with the exception of the steak restaurant which we went to four times during the week we were there because it was excellent and had a great staff. We rented a boat four separate times just so we could go other places so we could get away from the property. I wish I could say our honeymoon with magical we tried to make the most of it, but I feel like we need to do over after this trip. "

"Incredible views of the Pitons and the Carribbean from my huge Deluxe Hillside Room! The lush flora, fauna, and birds have a true feeling of paradise. The snorkeling on both ends of the beach were amazing with the variety and quantity of tropical fish. Even saw turtles in the grass bottom areas. The fresh organic food sourced at Emerald Estate farm and daily fresh catches were the best gourmet foods I’ve ever had. We toured the farm and learned about making organic chocolate with Daniel and got to choose samples to take home! Well done! We went on 4 complimentary hikes with a true St. Lucian treasure, “Father Nature” Meno, and learned about the flora and fauna with many homeopathic abilities as well as local history and knowledge, not to mention the incredible views! Definitely will work toward returning in the future."

"Amazing food and drinks!! A very relaxing stay. If you are wanting to relax it will be perfect. If you are more of an explorer the location will add some travel time to most excursions on the south side of the island but the concierge services made that easy. "

"I got zero from the list of gold membership benefits. No free upgrade. No bottle of wine in the room. And all inclusive only applies to meals and drinks outside of the room. Room service and mini bar cost extra. Very nice place, just not what I anticipated."
