"Bad experience: AC did not work. We’re not offered a different room but fan instead. When setting fan down on the table, hotel staff bent/broke my daughter’s glasses. I’ve email a formal complaint and have yet to hear back. A disappointing experience for sure! "

"It's a basic airport hotel. It's clean. The rooms are basic, but certainly servicable for what it is. It could use updating, but it's well kept, the breakfast is good and the shuttle is reliable and convenient."

"We arrived early and although the room was ready, they charged us an “Early check-in Fee”. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in and checked in earlier that did that. It involved no effort on their behalf e.g. expediting room cleaning, so it is just a shameless money grab. Check the other FRA hotels first to see if they have this fee if you’re arriving earlier before booking here. "

"Everything was nice but if I have to point one thing is duvet was little bit thin. It was acceptable but it would be more great if they could change more good one! However other things are great! Great location for walking neighborhood of the hotel! I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the morning! Overall it was awesome!"
