The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

An incredible apartment, very clean and modern. We really really liked it and for sure we will be back! It was a beautiful weather in Bucharest and were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony:)
I work for Marriott in California USA, and I have to admit one of the reason why I chose this hotel was due to the fact that it is a Marriott hotel. I am pleased to say that my stay here has been fantastic and the staff and extrmemly helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next visit and to enjoy my stay with this hotel again.
Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location and the hotel staff was extremely responsive when we dealt with flight delays that impacted our stay. There is no staff onsite but they were easy to reach via WhatsApp. The room was very large and we loved the artsy decor - so fun!
Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. You could do your laundry free of charge & they would provide the laundry detergent. Good walkable location.
The hotel is near to the old city. You can use public transort to arrive this hotel from the airport. (783 numbered bus, the stop you need to take off ıs the one near the universty, it costs 0.50 € per way). Most of the pubs , restaurants , casinos and attractions are so close that you can walk.
The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and fashionably decorated. There was a “fee minibar” and 4 pods of coffee for our 2-night 2-person stay. So enough for 1 coffee each per day. The location is great as it is in old town and a short walk to the main square and pedestrian only zone with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shop. Amazing! I couldn’t make it, so I thought I’d just accept it, but the manager made an extra effort, contacted me through email and phone, to offer me a free night, to compensate me. I’m beyond impressed with this level of customer service! I will definitely come back! Also, the hotel is superb and it opens towards a thousand restaurants in the old town, which feels like a fairy tale of the old ages! Thank you!!!
We stayed there for 2 nights, and the rooms were warm, clean and the hotel staff very friendly. I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants a no-fuss room, for a good price.
