"Gorgeous hotel, great choice for food at breakfast and the evening, lovely bar, convenient to the Dani airport. Only problems was the mounds of sargassum on the beach, although hotel staff did their best to remove it. Also the ref makes it’s difficult to bodyboard."

"Wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable for most part. The rooms were well maintained, and the amenities met all our needs. For future travelers, I recommend booking early to secure the best rates and room options. If available, request a room away from elevators for a quieter stay. Be sure to check what amenities are included with your reservation and take advantage of any complimentary breakfast or shuttle services. Overall, a great hotel that I would happily stay at again and recommend to others. Great for solo travelers."

"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach. "

"This is an absolutely gorgeous property. Unfortunately we booked a two bedroom suite with a partial ocean view but the room had no view at all. The hotels.com advertisement even showed a photograph of the porch with a partial ocean view but that was not the porch we were provided. The photos also showed a patio that rolled out onto a private pool area, also not included at our room. The partial ocean view and the patio shown in the photographs was a major factor in deciding to book this room so it was disappointing to not receive it. Unfortunately we arrived on a short time line to quickly shower and get out to our next engagement so we didn't have the time to address the issue with the staff and change rooms etc. (if that was even an option). "
