"Customer service at the reception could be worked on. The staff seem to go good at everything on the computers but when dealing with people and concerns there’s a lack of skill."
"A good place to relax, it was value for money for what you get compared to other places. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of monkey life by the hotel and they are every entertaining to watch! "
"The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked.
