"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. There was a problem with the booking of one of the rooms and the manager sorted out diligently.
The hotel is very clean, quiet and the breakfast is delicious!

"게로가 일본 3대 온천중의 하나라고 어떤 아주 비싼 여행사에 써있어서 인터넷에 찿아보니 사실이었다. 늦게 일본 여행을 비행기값을 더주고 하루 더 연장한 이유는 일본 알프스와 합장촌을 거쳐 일본 3대 온천이라는 게로에서 1박을 하기 위해서였다. 유명온천지대라 숙박비가 비싸고 호텔선택의 여지가 많지 않았다. 게다가 후기들을 보니 먹을만한 식당도 없다고 써있었다. 할수없이 석식과 조식을 포함한 호텔을 찿아야만 했는데 값이 만만치 않았다. 그래도 이 호텔은 사진상 외관은 약간 후져보였지만 값이 비교적 싸서 근기대를 않고 예약했다. 다다미방에 들어가 보니 굉장히 넓고 깨끗했다. 석식은 부페라고 생각했었는데 신선로 2개가 나오고 음식종류가 많고 푸짐해서 모두 잘 먹었다고 난리였다. 우리나라의 유명여행사 단체손님이 왔는데 신선로가 하나고 내용도 달랐다.맨 윗층에 있는 온천은 남녀가 하루씩 교대해서 사용하는 것이 약간 아쉽다. 조식도 괜찮았다."

But they very kindly offer a shuttle to and from the train station, with certain schedules, which should be checked in advance to be able to plan the arrival and departure. The hotel is in a unique place! When we entered the room we were stunned by the view! Dinner was delicious, every detail taken care of. The onsen is something serious! It's like the Disney of onsen! I recommend it!"

There was also a private shower in our room if you aren’t interested in the onsen experience. "Es uno de los llamados onsen secretos japoneses. Está en la montaña junto a un río de aguas termales. Para una perderse en una escapada romántica es perfecto, Hay que reservar la comida, cena y/o desayuno con antelación, porque si no lo haces te quedas sin comer. El chico de recepción es muy amable, pero no nos dió la posibilidad de cenar, solo nos dijo que teníamos que ir al pueblo de Kiso, que está a unos 20kms y el único transporte que hay es taxi,a 4000¥ (25€)por trayecto. Es la única queja del lugar. El Onsen es auténtico, con terraza al río que corre libre, las aguas son son excelentes para la piel y los dolores de articulaciones. Es un onsen secreto al que si volvería, pero reservando la comida y con vehículo propio , para no depender de transporte en taxi."
