"We stayed in the hotel during the heat wave, so without the AC the room was quite warm, however manageable. Please mind the old style stairs in the building, may be challenging with heavy luggage. Otherwise the place was excellent for us. The breakfast is the best!"

"Such a cute building in the heart of Bath, a quick walk to so many attractions such as the Roman Bath itself, coach station, and parks. Breakfast was so delicious and the staff were the friendliest people. The room itself was very cute and simple with an updated bathroom but it had little airflow and after 50 steps to the top floor in the middle of summer, it became very stuffy. The fan that was included in the room helped but our shower only seemed to give out hot water and was very confusing...

"Went for 25th anniversary. Room huge as was. Athroom. Food was excellent had the steak. Cut like butter. Breakfast had the full English. Quality ingredients , worth the extra"

"establishment needs updating disabled access poor only one ramp available out in car park otherwise difficult steps to maneuver, very disappointing for a few years ago was excellent. The meals left a lot to be desired continental breakfast was good but full english breakfast was awful, once tried and never again, plenty of establishment had a much better quality. carpets in bedrooms could do with a steam clean !! Re bathroom for disabled people the bath was so high, as to be unable to get in to...
