"Stayed for two nights and a weekend break for two. Location is excellent but it is on Steep Hill and it’s named that for a reason. We couldn’t drop off outside parked down the hill which was a big mistake. Make sure you park above the place. The room was excellent and was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could want. The cafe is underneath and has great coffee and friendly service and you get 10% discount as a guest. Highly recommended and a great location to explore wonderful Lincoln. "

Fantastic evening meals in the restaurant, though limited choice if staying more than two nights. Amazing location just a few hundred yards from the Cathedral and Castle at a reasonable price. Very clean comfortable room overlooking the Cathedral with everything you need. Best sleep ever! Definitely returning."

"A great overnight stay with family in a lovely hotel. Recently refurbed and in a perfect location sandwiched between the castle and the cathedral, within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Parking is close by (2 minute walk), friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again."

There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."
