We enjoyed our stay at the Golden Tulip. It was very clean and well maintained. It was convenient for us visiting relatives as it was halfway to their place and train station plus within walking distance to a gelato place, the Helmond Castle, a Catholic church, coffee shops, Hema store and Jumbo (supermarket. I have stayed in over 10 hotels all in one month in The Netherlands, and this is one of my favorite. A true 4 star hotel. Two complaints I have are that the sink is kind of small and you can only get into the hotel through the main entrance. It would be nice if I can enter through another entrance because my room was at the end of the hotel and it was quite a long walk. I would go back again if I ever stopped in Eindhoven.

Everything about this place was charming. The made to order breakfast was exceptional and hands down one of the best I had on my two European trip. The gardens were intimate and welcoming.
