"The place is nice and just in front of a very nice park. People are nice, overall service is good. The rooms need upgrading - especially the beds, which make a lot of noise at every move. Not many amenities in the room either. Overall good but with a lot of potential to be much better. "

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

"Almost everything includes nuts on their menu. If your family member has tree nut allergies you wont be able to dine here.
The shower cabin is a bit small. I kept accidently hitting the water mixing valve and shutting it off. First hotel where fridge wasn't stocked with anything. No water, no beer etc.
Hated the elevator. It appears like there is only two elevators for the entire complex. One services floors 1-4, the other 1-5. Both are very slow because guests take them to the pool...
