På hotel.com stod att frukost ingick, och stor frukostbuffet men detta stämde dessvärre inte alls. I detas system hade vi endast rummet. Vi fick dock frukosten ändå då vi kunde visa vad det stod på vår bokning. Det kändes dock inte bra att tjata.. Någon stor buffet var det inte. Toast, kaffe, frukt, juicer men inget bröd eller småvarmt.

Es tranquilo y el servicio muy bien, son amables y atentos, ademas las habitaciones estan limpias.la cena muy rica y el desayuno muy completo y bueno.todo en conjunto es para recomendar y por supuesto para volver.me encanto"

"We had a roof terrace room and it was a really lovely room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. Also you can hire a boat down by the lake which was a highlight. Not far to drive to Lugano or morcote or you...

The staff, the fresh and clean atmosphere, the pool (swimming outdoors in the alps on Halloween was not expected), the dinner made from a fresh on the grounds garden, the house wine also made on the grounds, the stunning views of Lugano, and also the story of the place all make it a rare find while traveling. Bigatt is the real deal for hospitality and stay here if can. I will try to be back some day. "
