"Not an up to date fully modern hotel, but that is part of the charm. Staff very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Lovely grounds and a good view of Beauly Firth from the North side of the hotel. Rooms on that side always booked well in advance. It would be ideal if fruit was provided in the rooms or as additional items at breakfast. Maybe to take with you for lunch if out and about."

"Great shiny and new hotel with fantastic staff who were super friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from the station so quiet and private location by the river. Room was great and had all mod concerns. Only downside was there was a fair bit of noise from building work happening on the external building but it was only in the daytime. Would happily stay there again."

"Room and en-suite were clean and reasonably spacious. Good instructional information provided for shower use and parking as was the case with pre arrival message. Parking was fine and reasonably secure. Would have preferred breakfast included in the price but lots of food outlets nearby. The location is good with lots of shopping nearby for the missus."
