We stayed one night in this property in the middle of the jungle. The staff is amazing - from pick up, through check in and until check out, they treated us like nowhere in Sri Lanka. "The whole experience with Chamith and Dulash was absolutely perfect, from minute 1. Chamit was in contact with us since we left Ella, just to make sure that we were OK and that our arrival to his place was without any incident. We hired 2 safaris, the first one on the day of our arrival and the second one on the next day. And, of course, everything was also perfect.
The food they prepared for us was world-class, including breakfast and dinner.
They were so warm that we felt at home.

Fun time watching the huge monkey family playing in the trees. They can be quite loud at times. Hambantota is a small and and easy going town. Good shopping."

"Wow, what an experience. When we pulled up into the camp, there was an elephant just there (a tusker no less). The standards were consistently high from there. We were well looked after by the manager Ravi, with impeccable service throughout. My wife's gluten free requirement being well looked after. The views are stunning, the food was great. This also meant that the Safari jeep was able to pick us up on the main road easily on the way to the park.
On the downside, the property was located at the end of a dirt path off the main road and was not properly marked on the map. This made it very difficult was taxi drivers to find the hotel....
