The property manager, Ms. Prakong was very proactive in helping. She communicated with us when we would arrive. She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful. The house and pool were very beautiful and nicely kept. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property was very pretty. It offers a tranquil atmosphere and great service. Food was top notch. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen at a resort. We went on the private boat tour and it was a highlight of our trip. I have stayed at Las Ventanas in Cabo and the Rosewood in Mayakoba and can say that I prefer the Banyan tree. We had a FANTASTIC time at Rayavadee! Throughout our travels in Thailand, we stayed at all 5 star hotels and resorts, but this was by far our favorite. Ban Sainai Resort

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.
