"The place is beautiful and serene, a bit cold but hot water bottles and fireplace available. The restaurant is limited on food variety and the receptionist and dining room incharge were cold, not welcoming."

When we called them upon arrival, they asked us which travel agency we used to make the booking. It was a frustrating experience trying to secure a place to stay for the night. They referred us to the Sundowner hotel, saying they have a relationship with them and promised to call us the following day, but we never got a response. "

"The hotel disregarded my online booking and the beds were quite worn out and very uncomfortable. They don’t have an online booking system and made me pay money again to in KES and couldn’t reimburse me for the total amount I had already paid on hotels.com. Overall, it was the worst place I ever visited and will not recommend for any foreigner."
