From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. Restaurant a la cart service cancelled due to rugby screening in the pub. Management need to audit their customer ecperiemce. Decor tired, needs a revamp and a serious coat of paint. I will never go back"
