"This hotel is a fantastic base for a visit to the wine region. The hotel is a short drive from Franschhoek with the hotel providing an excellent shuttle bus service.
The staff could not be any more friendly or obliging if they tried and we really felt at home here.
The only gripe is that the pool beds are not that comfortable but otherwise this a hotel I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again."

Beide Zimmer waren ausserordentlich schön. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Zu bemängeln gab es nichts. Allerdings sollten Reisende wissen, dass die Anfahrt über einen unbefestigten Weg erfolgt. Wifi gibt es nur im Herrenhaus. Nach einer Corona-Pause könnte hie und da die Fassade frisch gestrichen werden. Aber dies sind wirklich winzige...

"We had a wonderful 3 nights stay. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely setting at the restaurant to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom. It was quiet and cool so barely needed to use the AC. But what made it such a wonderful place to stay were the amazing staff, who were so friendly and helpful they truly made our stay very special. Can’t wait to stay again. "

"What a sweet place! This was absolutely perfect for our family of four. They allowed us to extend our stay for an extra night and were super accommodating! Our cottage was a cozy little haven for us. The cottage is perfectly located to many great restaurants & wineries! We highly recommend & look forward to coming back again!"

Zudem ist das Weingut "Blaauwklippen" zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können und werden die Unterkunft gerne Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen. "

"We visited during the offseason in the month of July and loved our stay. The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable and we’d love to come back - maybe in warmer weather next time!
